Creekside High School is looking to hire an Assistant Softball Coach for the 2026-2027 season. This is a part-time stipend position.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive softball program that promotes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
-Assist in planning and leading softball practices and team meetings.
-Assist in coordinating and attending all softball events, including games, competitions, and community performances.
-Collaborate with school administrators, athletic directors, and other coaches to ensure the success of the cheerleading program.
-Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and boosters regarding team activities, schedules, and expectations.
-Assist in Managing eligibility and administrative policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
-Previous coaching experience in softball, preferably at the high school level.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Commitment to promoting a positive team culture and fostering the personal development of student-athletes.
