Delta State University located at 1003 W. Sunflower Rd., Cleveland MS 38733 is seeking a Head Women's Soccer Coach to be responsible for the direction, oversight, and leadership of the entire women's soccer program, approximately 30 female student athletes and two graduate assistants, fully responsible for the ongoing operation and development of the program including but not limited to, teaching, coaching, and strategy, administrative duties, recruiting qualified student athletes, coordinating prospect visits, off-campus recruiting, developing and implementing practice plans, committing to player strength and skill development, monitoring academic progress and success, working closely with University Admissions and Student Success Center, abiding by University, Gulf States Conference, and NCAA Rules and Compliance, foster positive student-athlete, campus, community, alumni, and athletic department relations. Delta State University estimates that the Head Women's Soccer Coach will travel 15 to 16 times throughout the academic year with the team to away games.
