Our agency opened in 2026 and has quickly grown into a team of six. My journey with State Farm includes running my first agency from 2012–2016, followed by a decade in State Farm leadership from 2016–2026. That experience has shaped a strong foundation in coaching, development, and building high-performing teams.
I’m a graduate of Auburn University and a proud husband and parent of three. Outside of the office, I coach softball, founded a travel softball organization, and am passionate about leadership and mentoring others. I also stay involved in my church as a kids ministry leader. We’re very active in the community through youth sports, leadership programs, and local involvement, always looking for ways to give back and make an impact.
For our team, we offer a strong focus on personal and professional development, leadership and growth opportunities, a successful Agent Aspirant Program, flexible work arrangements, PTO, incentive programs, weekly paid lunches, occasional free coffee, and regular team-building events.
Our culture is performance-driven and centered around growth and accountability. We believe in controlling what you can control, maintaining a strong mindset, and going the extra mile for both our customers and team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers, generating referrals, and making a real impact by protecting what matters most.
