Job description

We have been in business for over 25 years. We are looking for individuals who would like to continue to grow with our company. The ability to move up in position and pay is entirely up to the individual.

Looking for motivated and responsible individuals that will show up every day and on time.

Bash Excavating is looking to hire a new operator. We are a small company that does a lot of site work and site utilities.

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO DO:

  • Set up lasers
  • check grade
  • cut grade
  • final grade
  • load trucks
  • dig a clean and safe ditch
  • install piping
  • set precast products.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Drivers License
  • Vehicle
  • Basic Knowledge of Grading
  • Basic Knowledge of Site Utilities
  • Pass a Drug Screening
  • Mechanically Inclined
  • 3 Years Experience in Operating.

EQUIPMENT YOU WILL HAVE TO RUN:

  • Track loader
  • Excavator
  • Backhoe
  • Dozer
  • Roller
  • Scrapers.
