We're partnering with one of Southeast Wisconsin's premier commercial paving contractors to hire an experienced Skid Steer Operator with a CDL who wants steady work, modern equipment, and a company that values experienced operators.

This isn't a role for someone learning the trade.

It's for someone who already knows how to move dirt, grade, prep sites, support paving crews, and takes pride in doing quality work.


What You'll Be Doing

Operate skid steers on commercial asphalt, grading, excavation, and site development projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin.

You'll work alongside experienced crews preparing sites, moving materials, supporting paving operations, and helping deliver projects the right way.

Every day is different—but quality, teamwork, and safety never change.

CDL Required

Commercial skid steer experience

Asphalt, grading, excavation, or site work experience

Strong work ethic

Schedule

• Approximately 55-hour work weeks

Hiring Requirements

• Valid CDL

• Criminal background check

• Drug screen (including THC due to CDL regulations)

• Acceptable driving record

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
