Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can work outdoors and work with a team! DMS is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Construction Field Support Crew. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting our experienced professionals in grading, mowing, and operating small machinery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in grading and leveling of the construction site to ensure proper drainage
  • Operate equipment such as mowers, MT100's and compactors to prepare and maintain job sites
  • Work closely with the project team to execute plans accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site

Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate various equipment used in grading preferred, but not required
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Team player with excellent communication skills

This position will primarily be on construction sites where a background check, security clearance and drug test are required. Job sites will vary; however you will have to meet at the central office location occasionally at 26020 West Center Road, Waterloo, NE 68069
