Our Infrastructure Division delivers complex civil construction projects throughout Louisiana and the Gulf Coast, including earthwork, drainage, underground utilities, levees, pump stations, concrete foundations, and site development.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Civil Assistant Superintendent to support field operations and help ensure our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to LEMOINE's standards for quality and performance.Position SummaryThe Civil Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in coordinating and overseeing daily field activities on civil and infrastructure construction projects. This position assists with workforce coordination, subcontractor management, safety compliance, quality control, project documentation, scheduling, and material and equipment planning.The ideal candidate has hands-on civil construction experience, strong leadership potential, and a desire to grow into a Civil Superintendent role.
