Job Description:

Our hospital teams are committed to delivering high-quality care and being leaders in providing effective medical, mental, and behavioral health treatments for this population.

Position Location

This position is located at the East Central Regional Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. The role is assigned to work with inpatient individuals on the Gracewood Campus located at 100 Myrtle Blvd., Gracewood, GA 30812.

Services and Responsibilities

In this role, under broad supervision, you will work in collaboration and support of our doctors and nurses in an acute inpatient setting, serving adults with severe mental illness, trauma histories, impulse control issues, and interpersonal challenges.

If you enjoy helping, caring, and interacting with people in a thriving, person-centered, medical, and mental health environment, you are a strong candidate for this role. Under general supervision, your primary responsibility will be to support the recovery of the people we serve through the performance of assigned direct care activities and basic nursing procedures in a nursing facility or home health care.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience in a related field; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower-level Health Aide 2 (HCS021) or position equivalent.
