Job description

Gracepoint, the leader in providing mental health services to the Tampa Bay Community for over 50 years is seeking a Counselor.

This is an advanced professional position providing direct therapeutic services. The counselor will be responsible for maintaining patient care in accordance with program guidelines and external standards (Joint Commission, Medicaid, etc.). The counselor will provide clinical services to the following populace: individual, family and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. The counselor should have one year experience in working in the behavioral health field. A Master's degree in a Human Service related field is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is recommended. Licensed preferred. Computer knowledge should include Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and Electronic Medical Record experience. Family NET is an In-home Diversion program therefore visits will be conducted in-home. Flexibility is required. Employee may be responsible for other miscellaneous administrative duties.
