Our rehabilitation center, located in the scenic town of Leesburg, offers a collaborative onsite work environment where healthcare professionals come together to innovate and excel. The center operates Monday to Friday with rotating hospital shifts on weekends, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, establish individualized treatment goals, and create tailored intervention plans based on physician referrals.

• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to assist patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions while adapting techniques to suit the age and needs of each patient.

• Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries with precision, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards.

• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, providing guidance and support to optimize patient care.

• Engage with other healthcare professionals to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure comprehensive care strategies are in place for every patient.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in education and training initiatives for clinical staff and engage in personal professional development opportunities.

As a Physical Therapist at Guided Grace Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and geriatric patients with chronic illnesses. Your efforts will directly impact their rehabilitation experience, aiding them in regaining strength, mobility, and independence in their daily lives.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the state of Virginia.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in record-keeping software and rehabilitation documentation processes.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care methodologies.

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is highly desirable.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on your professional experience.
