Job Description

The Dispatcher plays a critical role in coordinating and managing the efficient movement of vehicles and personnel within the waste management and remediation services industry. This position ensures that all fleet operations comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations while maintaining optimal scheduling and routing to meet service demands. The Dispatcher acts as the central communication hub, responding promptly to incoming requests, dispatching drivers, and addressing any operational issues that arise in real-time.
