Position Overview

The Admin / Dispatcher will oversee day-to-day scheduling and dispatch while playing a key leadership role in operations. This individual must be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.


Key ResponsibilitiesDispatching & Scheduling
  • Create and manage daily and long-term schedules for field technicians

  • Dispatch crews based on job priority, location, and skillset

  • Adjust schedules for emergency calls and last-minute changes

  • Utilize GPS tracking systems to optimize routing and efficiency

Field Communication & Support
  • Maintain consistent communication with technicians throughout the day

  • Provide real-time problem-solving and job support

  • Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion

Client Communication & Call Intake
  • Handle incoming service calls and job requests

  • Communicate scheduling updates and job status with clients

  • Ensure professional, timely follow-up

Operations & Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operational workflow

  • Serve as liaison between the General Manager and field staff

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements

  • Support company growth through operational planning and development

Project & Field Oversight
