INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Elliott-Lewis is looking to add additional support to our existing purchasing department. We are looking for a hardworking candidate who wants to apply their industry experience to this fast-paced role working along side account managers and purchasing teams.

Since 1905, Elliott-Lewis and its family of companies have had a reputation of being a premier provider of Mechanical Services, Facilities Management, and Crane Rentals. Elliott-Lewis is a leader in our industry providing HVAC/R installations, air conditioning service, maintenance, major appliance repairs, along with electrical and plumbing needs for commercial clients.
Responsibilities
• Proposal Lifecycle
o Receive information from our field technicians and use the information to create repair and installation proposals for customers.
o Follow up and track proposals to ensure acceptance from customers.
o Coordinate with the dispatch team to schedule the work to be completed for customers.
• Sourcing and Procurement
o Locate parts, material, and equipment from our vendors to meet project needs.
o Track deliveries and update customer with status.
o Build relationships with vendors for locating parts quickly and ensure best pricing.
o Both issue and also receive purchase orders.
o Communicate with Warehouse Manager on scheduled delivery of parts and also confirm the parts in each shipment were successfully received.
• General Responsibilities
o Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails to coordinate work across departments, customers, and vendors
o Communicate roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders to ensure operations do not miss deadlines
Location and Schedule:
This position will require daily in-person reporting to our corporate office located in 19154. Position hours are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, and require participation in our rotational on call schedule for one week every five weeks (additional compensation provided during on call week).
Required Skills
• Working knowledge of Mechanical Services, HVAC and/or Plumbing industry
• 5+ years' experience in account management or purchasing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excels in building relationships
• Proven success in collaborating across departments to meet business objectives
• The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

Preferred Skills
• Candidates with strong skills in these programs are greatly valued: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience working in Microsoft Great Plains (aka Microsoft GP and Microsoft Dynamics)
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly requires a high degree of mental effort, talk and hear, gross and fine manipulation, read both print and screens for extended periods of time.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Frequently required to walk and sit
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, lift 25 lbs. max, stand and stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb stairs
  • Expected to work in a moderately loud level of volume environment.
