About the Role
The Proposal Production Specialist III is responsible for leading and managing the proposal development process, including preparation, response creation, management, production, and final submission of proposals. This role requires extensive experience with government RFP and Shipley proposal management processes, as well as expertise in handling classified proposal processes and complex classified submissions. The specialist will provide solutions support to the proposal operations manager and work closely with the RFP team and various divisions within the company to ensure high-quality and timely proposal submissions.
In this role, you will lead general proposal activities, including color team reviews, response creation, and coordination of final proposal submissions, while overseeing the production and final submission of complex proposals, including classified submissions. You will provide advanced formatting and editing of a variety of complex proposal documents to ensure consistency and quality, as well as offer advanced desktop publishing support to the RFP team and company divisions. Additionally, you will support the setup of requirements compliance matrices, understand architecture concepts, and provide management-level support for content libraries, including the cleaning and setup of OCR documents. You will serve as a deputy-level solutions support to the proposal operations manager and maintain a thorough understanding of government RFP and Shipley proposal management processes. Acting as a deputy for SharePoint architecture management, you will oversee collaboration and associated trusted shares and eShares. Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, you will communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. Furthermore, you will provide support to government agency and military proposal teams as needed.

  • In-depth experience, knowledge, and understanding of government RFP and Shipley proposal management processes.
  • Experience with classified proposal processes and complex classified submissions.
  • Advanced experience formatting and editing a variety of complex proposal documents.
  • Ability to solve technical Word issues for the proposal team and other divisions throughout the company.
  • Advanced desktop publishing support to the RFP team and divisions throughout the company.
  • Advanced experience with SharePoint.
  • Proven experience supporting government agency and military proposal teams.
  • Requires drive, initiative, adaptability to evolve within a fast-paced environment and tenacity solving a myriad of complex technical issues.

Compensation:
Pay Range:
$113,652.00 - $156,271.50
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
