Program Manager (DoD / Government Programs)
At Applied Technology Solutions (ATS), our Program Managers lead the delivery of mission-critical programs that matter.
In this role, you will own programs end-to-end-driving performance across cost, schedule, and technical execution-while building strong, trusted relationships with customers in DoD and government environments.
You won't just manage timelines, you'll lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver results that have real-world impact.
What You'll Do
  • Own full program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance (CST)
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, etc.) to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Build and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets, including forecasting and resource planning
  • Serve as the primary customer interface, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Ensure alignment with contract scope, managing changes through formal change control processes
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities, driving mitigation and resolution
  • Deliver clear, actionable program reporting to leadership and customers
  • Ensure compliance with ATS processes, quality standards, and government requirements
  • Manage subcontractors and external partners when applicable

Basic Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar frameworks
