Job Overview:

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Data Analyst in Data Warehouse projects with strong ETL concepts.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to discuss, understand, and document requirements.
  • Exposure to Databricks or Azure cloud environments with the ability to write SQL code in a cloud environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and data mapping experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work closely with Data Modelers to arrive at a domain data model.
  • Basic knowledge of writing syntaxes and a solid background in programming languages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and convert them into IT requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Liaise with business owners and IT leaders within the organization on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure IT deliveries meet project goals and vision.
  • Analyze and document business requirements using industry-standard analysis techniques such as UML, data flow modeling, workflow analysis, functional decomposition analysis, and business rule definition.
  • Conceptualize the solution framework and prepare business specification documents.
  • Set up review meetings for documents requiring approval.
  • Perform knowledge transition to the development team for proposed requirements.
  • Collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive business solutions are implemented.
