For this federal contract, our Program Administrator is an experienced government contract administrator adept at managing personnel, tasks and workflow. They are involved in administering the overall training program and coordinating activities with the agency and key personnel. They are passionate about providing excellent oversite and customer service for the daily operation of the contract and have experience supporting training environments.
Key Information:
THIS POSITION IS HYBRID WITH ONE DAY A WEEK ONSITE IN LINTHICUM MARYLAND.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD.
The Role and Responsibilities:
  • Track government contract milestones, deliverables, and progress schedules to ensure the timely delivery of goods or services.
  • Monitor project budgets and manage funding
  • Prepare and manage contract modifications and personnel
  • Serve as the primary bridge between the contractor, the Contracting Officer (COR), and internal departments
  • Oversee the systematic process of verifying all deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Minimum Qualifications to Succeed:
  • US Citizen
  • Active Secret Security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing the development of training programs.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting federal agencies in security related programs or topics related to the protection of classified information and government technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing multi million dollar federal government contracts.
