Business Analyst – Remote – Minimum Public Trust (NACI) clearance
OM Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst that bridges USACE stakeholders and OM Group's developers/analysts. Documents requirements, resolves issues surfaced during development, manages testing efforts, and helps the Program Manager track ongoing work across the Documentation and EDW Transformation tasks.
Responsibilities
• Study existing documentation and serve as a helpdesk for handling bugs and change requests
• Track task status and support the Program Manager in maintaining the roadmap and backlog.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements for MPBI products.
• Mentor Business Analyst II staff and support cross training objectives.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for help-desk tickets, change requests, and bug triage.
Requirements
• 5 years of relevant business analyst experience.
• Demonstrate Project management experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions, with an expected range of $110,000 to $120,000.
