Position Title: Sales Manager

Role Purpose
Responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in the Americas to deliver revenue, annual order value, margin, and customer growth objectives for Vodafone Business International (VBI). The role provides strategic leadership across enterprise accounts, selling into new accounts and further penetrating existing accounts, drives disciplined pipeline and opportunity management, strengthens senior customer and internal stakeholder relationships, and ensures the team is positioned to win, retain, and grow complex global customer relationships. The role also acts as a key ambassador for VBI, ensuring strong governance and process alignment with local markets, product, commercial, delivery, and finance teams to deliver a consistent and effective customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
Commercial performance
• Deliver annual revenue, AOV, margin, and operating expense targets.
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline quality, and opportunity governance.
• Drive new business growth and expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
Customer and account leadership
• Personally support strategic, complex, or high-value customer opportunities.
• Build and maintain senior customer relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and NPS targets are met or exceeded.
Team leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Global Account Managers.
• Allocate accounts and opportunities to maximize revenue growth and customer coverage.
• Support performance, career development, succession, and talent growth.
Cross-functional and market alignment
• Act as the VBI/Vodafone Business ambassador with relevant OpCos and internal functions ensuring full alignment and support required
• Ensure alignment across product, commercial, finance, delivery, legal, and support teams.
• Promote adoption of sales methodology, CRM discipline, and governance standards.
Innovation and growth
• Identify new revenue streams through new products, partnerships, and account-led opportunities.
• Provide market and product thought leadership internally and externally.
• Outstanding communicator able to motivate team, build beneficial customer relationships and able to convince internal stakeholders
Training and Compliance
• Ensure appropriate training is provided to and completed by all team members and that these skills are applied in daily operations
• Guarantees team's compliance with Sales methods & tools (i.e. CRM quality) to ensure alignment with other teams and functions

• Proven enterprise sales leadership experience in technology, telecoms, or managed services.
• Track record of delivering revenue, margin, and order intake targets.

Must have Technical / Professional Qualifications:
  • 10-15+ years with successful global accounts/enterprise solution selling within technology services (Cloud/Hosting, IoT, telecommunications, Unified Communications and etc.)
  • 5 years in a managerial role with experience in:
    • Leading through clear performance expectations, coaching, and accountability.
    • Building an inclusive, high-performance culture across a distributed team.
    • Developing sales talent and succession strength.
    • Supporting change, transformation, and adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models.
    • Balancing short-term sales delivery with longer-term account and capability development

Compensation Range
For sales roles, salaries are expressed as Total Target Compensation (TTC = base salary + commission). This role's base salary range is $145,320 - $190,0000 / yr. Our recruiter will share additional details with you regarding the calculation of commission in regards to TTC.
The pay will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
