Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain pipe systems in both Schools, Residential and Commercial Building. You will read blueprints, plan installations, and prepare pipes. The ideal candidate is analytical, with attention to detail and experience with pipes of a variety of materials. 
Responsibilities 
  • Able to read and comprehend blueprints, specification and project schedules
  • Coordination and installation of overhead sprinkler systems.
  • Responsible for participating and attending weekly job site safety meeting.
  • Willing to travel to local job site locations
  • Willing to Travel frequently 
  • Be physically fit to perform the demanding work of the trade including maximum occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting up to 25 pounds. Standing and walking for the majority of the workday.
  • Measure, cut, weld, assemble, lubricate, and install pipes
  • Test system functionality
  • Repair any leaks or malfunctions
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools
  • Work with other construction professionals to complete projects
  • Follow all relevant safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • 5+ Years of Previous experience as a Fire Sprinkler Pipefitter
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of all relevant health and safety guidelines
  • Required to pass full background check for Public School, Federal and Goverment Buildings.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting heavy objects
  • Ability to work overtime when required
