What You'll Do
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple programs and corporate initiatives
Develop and maintain complex financial models for revenue, margin, and cash flow analysis
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through variance analysis and scenario planning
Support pricing strategies and cost proposals for government contracts (T&M, CPFF, FFP)
Partner with operations and program managers to optimize resource allocation and profitability
Prepare Board-level presentations and investor reporting packages
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in FP&A systems and reporting
What You Bring
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including GovCon exposure
Strong understanding of FAR/CAS compliance and indirect rate structures
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (Navision/Business Central preferred)
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments
