Senior Contracts Manager (GovCon) - TS Required
Location: Fairfax, VA (Hybrid)
Duration: 3+ Months (Temp-to-Perm Potential)
We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to support a growing government contractor environment. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on full lifecycle contracts management within a complex federal and commercial portfolio.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full lifecycle ("cradle-to-grave") contracts including proposal support, negotiation, administration, and closeout
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable federal regulations
  • Support both government contracts and commercial product agreements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support program execution and contract strategy
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risk while maintaining compliance

Qualifications:
  • Active TS clearance required
  • Strong experience in Government Contracting (FAR/DFARS)
  • Experience supporting commercial products and/or reseller agreements
  • Proven ability to manage contracts independently in a fast-paced environment
