Job description

Job Title: Finance Coordinator
Reporting To: Director of Finance
Location: Marietta, GA (Corporate Office)
Travel Requirements: None
Position Type: Full-time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
Real Floors Commercial, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to serve as the central information hub for project lien waivers and billing report documentation. This role is key to facilitating the AIA billing process by gathering necessary information, requesting supplier lien waivers, and generating monthly project billing reports. The Finance Coordinator will collaborate with various team members to ensure accurate and timely billing completion for projects across the company.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage and oversee the supplier lien waiver process and associated documentation.
  • Utilize RFMS order entry and project manager modules to track and manage project information.
  • Identify and compile completed work orders for all projects based on contract billing dates.
  • Create and maintain accurate project billing reports in Excel.
  • Utilize the SOV/Drop-In Calculator to verify revenue values for completed work orders.
  • Communicate with branches, General Managers (GMs), and Sales Project Coordinators (SPCs) to resolve work order discrepancies.
  • Ensure identified issues are resolved and submit finalized reports to the Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist for AIA billing.
  • Complete work order closing processes in RFMS once AIA billing acceptance is confirmed.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or project coordination (preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of RFMS software or a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, and reporting).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
