Description:

As a Marketer focused on print advertising, you will manage end-to-end activities that ensure print marketing campaigns are executed on-time, on-budget, and are aligned with stakeholder expectations. You’ll partner across internal teams and with external vendors to manage print plans, launch campaigns, and report on campaign outcomes.


This is a full time, in-person position in Owatonna, MN


What will you be doing?

1. Execute Print Advertising Campaigns: Translate high-level print marketing plans into detailed, execution-ready project plans.

2. Manage Print Vendors: Coordinate with print, paper, and list vendors to execute flawlessly.

3. Create High-Quality Mail Files: Acquire and format large quantities of data from a variety of data sources to successfully target key segments with print advertising.

4. Publish Reporting: Publish clear, insightful, accurate reporting on print advertising activities

5. Manage Our SQL Database: Manage and maintain internal marketing data sources and data connections (SQL database, flat files, web applications, etc.)

Provide Marketing Data to Other Teams: Provide consistent access to complete, accurate, up-to-date data owned by marketing for internal teams

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, math, economics or related field

2. 2+ years of experience in a marketing, analytics, or other data-driven role

3. Strong Excel skills with experience in large datasets

4. Ability to manage complex schedules with critical deadlines and multiple concurrent deliverables

5. SQL experience preferred

6. Experience in marketing or advertising environments preferred
