Temp/Cas Fan Relations Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES (OFFICE):

  • Utilize Paciolan ticketing software to assist customers in account management and to complete ticket transactions for both single game purchasers and season ticket holders.
  • Efficiently answer inbound phone calls pertaining to the University of Minnesota Athletics Department.
  • Provide timely and accurate ticketing information to customers through phone and in person communication.
  • Assist sport managers with ticket prep work for all ticketed Gopher Athletic Sports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES (TICKETED SPORTING EVENTS):

  • Assist sport managers in the box office for all home ticketed Gopher athletic sporting events with walk up ticket sales, will call distribution, pass list ticket distribution, and guest service booth operations.
  • Utilize Paciolan ticketing software to assist customers in account management and to complete ticket transactions for both single game purchasers and season ticket holders.
  • Provide timely and accurate ticketing information to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

DESIRED OUTCOMES:

  • Work 5-10 hours per week in the office.
  • Work all home football games along with 5-10 other sporting events per month.
  • Be available for nights, weekends, and school breaks throughout the course of the calendar year.
  • Attend all staff trainings coordinated by the Gopher Ticket Office.
  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all employees.
  • Create unique and efficient buying experiences for all customers.
  • Write and communicate at a high level. Emails, letters and all other correspondence should be grammatically sound and free from errors.
Qualifications
 
  • Knowledge of Gopher Athletics and our ticketed sports.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in athletics.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Innovative and enthusiastic able to think outside the box.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service background.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Familiarity with Google products.

Pay and Benefits
 

Pay Range: $15.25 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
