Title: Project Administrator - Remote (Must be in MST or PST time zone)

Pay Rate: $27.00/hr

Work Schedule: Part Time - 20-30 hours per week. Hours are 11AM-7PM EST or 12PM-8PM EST depending on business needs. Days vary.

Position Description

This position supports LIS New Yorks language portfolio. Under the supervision of the Program Manager and collaboration with the Program Coordinator(s), this individual will be primarily responsible for sourcing, vetting and coordinating interpreters for conferences, meetings, events; processing interpreter timesheets; working with LIS personnel management system and going onsite as needed to source interpreters and to support the customer.

Additional Duties:

Recruit, vet and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified, local interpreters.

Monitor, receive, and promptly respond to client tasking via email and other platforms with professional voice/tone free of slang, grammatical errors, informal language, etc.

Maintain, update, audit, and manage company databases and records systems, including data entry, in real time.

Identify best interpreters available for a job based on language combinations, timing, special client requirements, cost margins, availability, and other considerations.

Provide administrative support to the NYC portfolio, to include phone calls, scheduling, creating, and reviewing internal business documents and presentations, records management, filing, etc.

Liaise and coordinate with other departments, including Finance, Recruiting, HR, and Security.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of relevant professional project administration/coordination experience

VERY STRONG computer skills, including but not limited to independent proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)

Proven ability to multitask with meticulous attention to detail

Problem assessment/sensitivity and problem solving within a team environment

Must be able to pass a background check

Ability to provide after hour desk support

Due to clients' contractual requirement, a designated private, secured workspace is required.
