Remote Cuda Developer Jobs in Ohio (NOW HIRING)

Remote Cuda Developer information

How does a Remote CUDA Developer typically collaborate with team members across different locations?

As a Remote CUDA Developer, you will frequently collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, software engineers, and product managers through virtual meetings, code reviews, and collaborative platforms like GitHub or GitLab. Clear communication and thorough documentation are essential since team members may be in different time zones. You can expect to participate in regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and peer programming sessions, ensuring alignment and smooth integration of your GPU-accelerated code into larger projects. Tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms help maintain connectivity and workflow efficiency.

What is a Remote CUDA Developer?

A Remote CUDA Developer is a software engineer who specializes in using NVIDIA's CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture) platform to develop parallel computing applications, often for high-performance tasks like machine learning, scientific computing, or data analysis. They work remotely, collaborating with teams online rather than being physically present in an office. These developers write and optimize code to run efficiently on NVIDIA GPUs, enabling applications to process large amounts of data much faster than traditional CPU-only solutions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote CUDA Developer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote CUDA Developer, you need strong proficiency in C/C++ programming, parallel computing concepts, and a solid understanding of GPU architecture, typically backed by a degree in computer science or a related field. Experience with NVIDIA CUDA toolkit, GPU debugging tools, and version control systems like Git is commonly required. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and effective remote communication abilities help distinguish high performers in this role. These skills are vital for efficiently delivering high-performance computing solutions and collaborating seamlessly with distributed teams.

What is the difference between Remote Cuda Developer vs Remote Machine Learning Engineer?

AspectRemote Cuda DeveloperRemote Machine Learning Engineer
Required CredentialsCUDA programming certifications, computer science degreeMachine learning certifications, data science background
Work EnvironmentSoftware development, GPU optimizationModel development, data analysis
Industry UsageHigh-performance computing, gaming, AIAI, data science, predictive modeling

Remote Cuda Developers focus on GPU programming and optimization using CUDA, primarily in high-performance computing and AI applications. Remote Machine Learning Engineers develop and deploy machine learning models, often utilizing GPU resources but with a broader focus on data and algorithms. While both roles may involve GPU expertise, Cuda Developers specialize in low-level programming, whereas Machine Learning Engineers work on model development and deployment.

Remote Sensing Software Engineer, Senior
The Opportunity
As a Senior Remote Sensing Software Engineer, you will architect advanced SDA and remote sensing exploitation pipelines, guide technical direction, and lead multi-disciplinary teams building high-fidelity space observation analytics. You will shape next-generation tools that integrate imaging physics, ML-based behavior inference, and multi-sensor fusion.
You'll join a collaborative technical delivery team where you'll contribute to secure, reliable, user-centric tools that accelerate mission outcomes.
What You'll Do:
  • Architect end-to-end remote sensing processing systems for EO/IR missions
  • Lead development of radiometric and spectral response models
  • Oversee advanced imaging algorithms including multi-frame super-resolution, deconvolution, target phenomenology detection, and low-SNR enhancement
  • Direct ML-based anomaly detection, behavior classification, and object discrimination frameworks
  • Design multi-sensor fusion pipelines integrating GEOINT, Radar, RF, and optical data using Bayesian or ML-based methods
  • Lead trajectory estimation and 3D kinematic modeling, including IOD, parallax exploitation, and uncertainty quantification
  • Architect scalable scientific computing solutions using Python, C++, CUDA, HPC clusters, or cloud-native platforms
  • Mentor junior engineers and help set technical road maps in collaboration with client and mission leadership

Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience in remote sensing, image or signal processing, or GEOINT data exploitation
  • Experience with orbital mechanics, satellite characterization, Domain-specific applications or SDA operational workflows
  • Experience with Python, scientific Python packages or other Object-oriented programming languages such as C++ or JavaScript
  • Experience architecting with large-scale software environments such as CUDA, HPC or cloud
  • Experience with ML systems for imagery processing, target detection, tracking, or object classification
  • Experience with administration of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, or Jenkins
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with remote sensing systems in support of missile warning or tracking missions
  • Experience with building or training synthetic models for simulation-aided training
  • Experience integrating EO/IR, RF, Radar, or GEOINT tracks into fused solutions
  • Experience with uncertainty quantification, Kalman filtering, or tracking algorithms
  • Experience with AI-augmented development workflows or agentic tools
  • Ability to display a record of publications, whitepapers, presentations or mission briefings
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related field preferred; Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related field a plus

Clearance:
