Job description

As our Video Producer, you will...

Be responsible for overseeing the business and operational aspects of Merge video team production. This role involves managing the post production process from timeline development, resourcing, internal review management and final asset deployment. This person will act as the primary liaison between the video production team and other internal Merge teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule. 

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Oversee the entire post production workflow, ensuring project milestones are met 
  • Ensure that the creative vision and client expectations are met 
  • Organize the people and resources required for each project 
  • Oversee QC and asset management for the video production team 

These are the qualifications we're looking for 

  • 5-7 years of experience in video production within an advertising agency 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

The salary range for this role is $60,150 - $72,200, based on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
