Execution Trader (Stocks, Futures & Options)

Location: Chicago

The Role

We’re looking for a smart, detail‑oriented Execution Trader who can execute futures and options orders with accuracy and calm under pressure. You’ll be working closely with traders, PMs, and ops to ensure clean execution, proper account management, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Strong communication in both Mandarin and English is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute futures & options orders quickly and accurately
  • Monitor markets in real time and adjust execution based on liquidity/volatility
  • Manage trading accounts: balances, margins, positions, and order status
  • Maintain clean logs, fills, blotters, and trade reports
  • Flag unusual fills, rejections, or market issues immediately
  • Communicate market conditions and execution impact to PMs
  • Help improve execution workflows, routing logic, and internal tools
  • Support traders and operations with daily tasks and data work
  • Use Excel, Google Sheets, and basic tools to maintain clean records and reports
