  • Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or controls experience in an industrial/commercial environment.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs of equipment, and work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours and differing work rotations/shifts.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent technical/trade experience.
  • Experience with reliability centered maintenance and engineering.
  • Ability to forecast resource requirements in a data-driven way.

Responsibilities
  • Perform operational assessment and risk analysis and actively manage risk at third party operated sites.
  • Owns co-location sites facility operation within a campus, with full accountability for this area tactically and strategically.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure they are informed about current work and discuss strategic decisions.
  • Oversee technical and team leads through the successful completion of required maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to maintain equipment to our global standard.
  • Support site selection process through operational and technical knowledge.
