About the Role
The Technical Marketing Specialist manages the marketing technology, integrations, tracking, and automation that power customer acquisition and reporting. This role develops and maintains the technical infrastructure behind marketing initiatives, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing has the visibility needed to identify performance trends, measure success, and uncover strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about solving technical challenges.
What You'll Do
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce Campaigns, ensuring accurate campaign structure, attribution, and reporting.
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing dashboards, reporting, and analytics, providing actionable insights to marketing leadership.
  • Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of new marketing technologies and platform integrations.
  • Administer Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and other Google products, including custom event tracking and reporting enhancements.
  • Maintain and optimize marketing technology platforms including Branch.io, Microsoft Clarity, Gimbal, Drift Chat, and other emerging solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and improve technical marketing solutions that drive customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Document processes, maintain technical standards, and support troubleshooting across the marketing technology ecosystem.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, technical marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, APIs, reporting/analytics platforms and integration tools such as Zapier.
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital marketing measurement best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using marketing and CRM data.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving marketing technology landscape
