Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience managing technical teams, vendor or contract management and service delivery.
  • 8 years of experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure, and network and compute architecture and life-cycle, and Linux/Unix system administration.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a global environment.
  • Experience leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
  • Exceptional data gathering and presentation skills.

Your leadership will extend beyond routine maintenance to managing highly complex installations and technical troubleshooting. Additionally, technicians may lead small, dedicated project teams during hardware installations and develop comprehensive project contingency plans to mitigate potential downtime.
As a part of the Technical Infrastructure team, you will operate with an engineering-first mindset, priding themselves on being "our engineers' engineers." You will grow on taking systems apart to rebuild them better, constantly pushing boundaries from initial data center development to engineering next-generation platforms.
