Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in system design or one programming language (e.g., Java, C , Python, etc.).
  • 6 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
  • Active TS/SCI US Government security clearance.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions for customers adopting cloud solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Experience in application/workload migration to public cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to engage effectively with executives of large enterprises on both technical and non-technical matters.

In this role, you will focus on ensuring the quality of customer engagements, building excellent relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. These relationships will help your team meet the customer's technical requirements and business objectives. You will deliver and execute leading by example to ensure customers in your region succeed.
This role requires up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage processes to create reusable artifacts for public sector business, working in partnership with other service delivery teams to establish global processes for various compliance or private cloud related solutions for the aimed customers.
  • Act as a key strategic advisor to customers to create and solve complex application development and machine learning challenges.
  • Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders.
  • Work with customers, partners, and Google product teams to deliver tailored solutions into production.
  • Serve as a technical leader for a multi-organizational project team.
