The Partner seller is responsible for proactively maintaining relations with Account executives on the Tech Partner side and proactively engages with them to identify and pursuit opportunities. They also partner with Account Executives within the Tech Partner vertical/GEO and Enterprise Sellers to proactively discuss solutions and identify sell/co-sell opportunities.

The Partner sellers lead the Partner interaction within opportunity from initial sales qualification to pursuit to close. This is a strategic, individual contributor role who bring to bear the best of sales at within a high culture team environment that positively encourages growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Own joint revenue growth and pipeline creation with assigned strategic technology partner(s).
  • Identify, qualify, shape, and close opportunities (incl. partner-led and partner-influenced) in collaboration with CNX sales teams and CNX Alliance management teams
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with partner AEs, sellers, and alliance leaders to drive co-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the trusted expert on partner solutions and positioning differentiated CNX offerings to customers (incl. in collaboration with other members of CNX sales and AM teams).
  • Partner with CNX Marketing and Alliance management teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, campaigns, events, and account strategies with partners.
  • Attends Partner and industry events per the annual plan including accountability for lead generation and further management.
What experience are we looking for:
  • Proven experience building and managing strategic relationships with Google, with strong knowledge of its technology portfolio and partner ecosystem.
  • Experience of working with tech services industry.
    Successful track record in a quota-carrying sales role
    targets.
  • Skilled in consultative and solution-based selling, with the ability to shape complex customer opportunities.
  • Experience operating effectively in a global, multicultural, and matrixed environment.

The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $210,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
