Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a full time Spanish teacher to join our dedicated staff beginning at the start of the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching high school level Spanish and be familiar with the curriculum and requirements.

Teachers may also be expected to serve as a homeroom mentor to a small group of students, fulfill out-of-classroom supervisory duties as assigned, and may also have the opportunity to moderate student clubs, organizations, or honor societies. In addition, they will be expected to participate in monthly department meetings and school wide events.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, masters preferred

  • Prior teaching experience, high school level languages preferred

  • Must be able to utilize educational technology (Chromebooks, Google Classroom etc.) and incorporate these technologies into their classroom delivery and assignments

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

  • Ability to receive and implement feedback

  • Skilled at communicating and working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and with diverse perspectives

Salary commensurate with degree and experience within the rage of $50,328 - $67,175
