  • Remain hands-on with full-stack development using modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions at scale, ensuring maintainability, reliability, and security.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, architectural plans, and actionable development tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define roadmaps, influence product direction, and drive alignment across the organization.
  • Champion best practices in software architecture, secure coding, CI/CD, cloud-native development, and overall engineering excellence.
  • Stay current on advancements in AI/ML, large language models, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies, identifying practical opportunities to apply them.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and platforms that improve team productivity and product capabilities.
  • Present technical concepts, project updates, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts around performance, scalability, and code quality.
