POSITION SUMMARY:

Hello Garage of Delmarva is a locally owned and operated concrete coating and garage storage solutions company serving homeowners across Delmarva. Our mission is to transform garages and create remarkable homeowner experiences by completing high-quality projects safely, on time, on budget, and to Hello Garage Standards.
The Production Installation Team helps bring each project to life by installing garage flooring, storage, organization systems, and accessories. No concrete coating experience is required for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and grow with our team.

  • Prepare job sites, including concrete grinding, surface preparation, coating, and cleanup.
  • Install garage flooring, storage, organization systems, and accessories following core processes.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
  • Maintain a clean truck, tools, and equipment.
  • Distribute yard signs and door hangers to neighboring households as directed.

  • Ensure all aspects of work are performed safely and consistently.
  • Call out safety concerns as soon as they are identified.
  • Utilize all designated PPE equipment.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and return it to the manager or appropriate team member.

  • Ability to work as part of a team, follow supervisors, and eventually lead others.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; must be able to obtain and hold a DOT driver certification if required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. as needed for job-related materials and equipment.
