Responsibilities: • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed • Answer a high volume of incoming calls with a positive and professional attitude • Provide friendly, helpful customer support and problem resolution • Handle incoming sales calls and follow provided scripts accurately • Manage accounts receivable: send reminders, follow up on late payments, maintain AR records, and provide reports to your direct supervisor • Work on various projects as assigned (administrative tasks, special campaigns, etc.) • Accurately update and manage customer information in our CRM system (FieldRoutes) • Utilize Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) effectively • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or AR preferred • Confident, clear, and friendly communication skills—especially on the phone • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems (FieldRoutes experience is a plus!) • Comfortable using Google Workspace is a plus (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
