Job description

CleanChoice Energy seeks a detail-oriented Sales Assurance Specialist to help build our brand and customer base; establishing and upholding quality processes and standards across channels. Day-to-day work will range from supporting the Compliance Team on a variety of projects to guarantee that ongoing sales and marketing programs meet quality standards. This position will report to the Sales Assurance Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
● Complaint Ticket Management: Ability to follow multistep instructions to support the investigative actions that result in the consistent record-keeping standards that ensure our readiness to respond to regulatory requests and ensure compliance in our customer acquisition channels.
● Compliance Queue Management: Diligently follow the SOPs assigned. Stay on task and efficiently complete assignments with a keen attention to detail.
● Issue Ticket Management: Guarantee excellence in processing key Compliance tasks; follow guidelines of escalating out of scope engagements.
● OKR Mindset: Approach of all tasks with the mindset to drive more efficiency and document substantive updates with Objects and Key Results
● Monitor KPIs: Drive to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators to ensure process driven efficiencies.
Core Competencies and Skills:
● Task Management - experience working in Ticket System environment preferred
● Process Orientation - experience working in a role requiring meticulous work through SOPs preferred
● Goal Mindset - a consistent record of achieving goals, taking initiative, and going above and beyond
● Self-Starter - ability to tackle projects to deliver results
● Time Management - manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills
