Responsibilities * Lead technical activities across multiple work streams with key stakeholders or delivery partners that focus on cloud architectural advisory, operational excellence, and compliance. * Collaborate with product and engineering teams as a customer advocate focused on new products, features, and bug fixes that benefit government and education customers. * Partner with support, product engineering, and site reliability engineering to plan for customer events and launches, and work with customers and support to guide issues/escalations to resolution. * Manage stakeholder relationships as trusted technical advisor, lead quarterly reviews, host executive sessions, and develop tactical plans that foster successful technical outcomes.
