against any odds.

You have experience controlling workflow processes and ensuring projects are tracked and monitored while managing ahead to meet all critical deadlines and budgets. You've done it all: from supervising to scheduling, creative development through production execution.
Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN or Atlanta, GA
What you'll be doing:
  • Project manage and oversee all jobs for assigned accounts, which includes leading large multi-faceted projects/accounts/campaigns in either the brand or social realm.
  • Act as the liaison between the account executives, creative, social, video, and digital team members to create project schedules, milestones, and delivery dates.
  • Prioritize and allocate project resources based on timing, scope, budgets and project requirements.
  • Expedite process when necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Communicate and help solve any problems or issues that could jeopardize the project.
  • Initiate and conduct team or project status meetings on an established schedule.
  • Identify process and workflow issues, and fine-tune schedules as necessary based on the team's overall priorities.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings and coordinate approvals at every project stage.
  • Provide ongoing communication regarding project status or budget issues to internal team members.
  • Estimate projects (internal and externals costs) including handling vendor bids and selection of vendors.
  • Work directly with outside vendors to produce required deliverables as necessary.
  • Work with creative staff during the design phase to provide production recommendations and specifications.
  • Work with Business Affairs to address legal issues.

What you bring:
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management and print production within an ad agency
  • Knowledge of marketing, social, design, print production, video, TV, radio and digital development processes
  • Quality proofing skills and a good eye for the visual details
  • Experience working with Mac-based applications
  • Experience with NetSuite project management software a plus
  • Experience in managing print and TV production

Why you'll want to work at Tombras:
  • Family - It comes first, on every list. Tombras has been family-run since day 1, we strive to facilitate a family-oriented environment rooted in supporting one another.
