The Client Services Manager supports the execution of client programs, sales initiatives, and internal operations by assisting with project coordination, reporting, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role works closely with leadership to ensure deliverables are completed on time, data is accurate, and communication flows effectively across teams.

This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting cross-functional initiatives.

  • Support the coordination and execution of day-to-day project activities and client initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution across client activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including retail marketing, customer development, and agency partners to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks
  • Support the execution of promotional programs and sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and update recurring reports, including KPI dashboards, sales summaries, and performance trackers
  • Assist in gathering and organizing data for leadership reporting and client presentations
  • Maintain and update SOPs, workflows, and training documentation
  • Prepare KPI dashboards and support leadership in meeting preparation and follow-ups.
  • Help ensure clear communication of project updates, deliverables, and deadlines to internal stakeholders & partners
  • Support budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, field teams) to support campaign execution and materials distribution
  • Ability to travel as needed to attend client presentations and meetings, train field team members, and participate in market visits.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership as needed
  • Support meeting preparation, including agenda creation, materials, and follow-up notes
  • 1-3 years of experience in a support, coordination, or administrative role (project coordination or sales support preferred).
  • Ability in finding creative and innovative solutions to solve issues and day-to-day challenges.
  •  Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to stay organized, responsive, and composed while managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quality control-the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Comfortable working with web-based platforms and systems
  • Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines consistently
  • Consistently maintains a high level of professionalism in communication and interactions across teams and clients
  • Safety and security-the individual actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly.
  • Must be comfortable around animals.
  • Ability to travel in the field as needed with occasional overnight travel.

  • Previous experience as a Sales Representative or Territory Manager.
