Compensation:$160,000 - 200,000 per year plus 15% AIP
Summary:
At Winchester Interconnect, we inspire the most innovative teams by doing the right thing, the right way. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Program Manager to serve as the strategic and tactical owner for our most critical aerospace and defense customer accounts. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will manage the entire program lifecycle, acting as the "voice of the customer" within our facility to drive profitable growth and operational success.
Leadership & Core Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership
  • Develop and execute customer strategies to drive YOY revenue growth and achieve targeted Gross Margins, acting as the central liaison between the customer and internal functions.
  • Partner with Sales to gather Voice of the Customer (VoC), market trends, and competitive intelligence to support product roadmaps.

Technical & Operational Execution
  • Lead all New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, managing the lifecycle from concept to full-rate production.
  • Lead the RFQ process by validating Technical Data Packages (TDPs), coordinating costs, and delivering formal proposals.
  • Lead all customer reviews (e.g., QBRs, design reviews) and drive post-meeting follow-up actions to completion.

Position Requirements
Education & Technical Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred) or Business; MBA is a strong plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Program Management, Product Management, Key Account Management, or strategic Sales in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronic manufacturing.
  • Regulatory: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant).

Certifications & Competencies
  • Certifications: PMP preferred (emphasis in Critical Chain Project Management).
  • Systems Proficiency: Google Workspace, ADP, Syspro, QMS, Smartviews, Salesforce, Planful, AwardCo.
  • Core Competencies: Product quoting, pricing, P&L management, interpretation of TDPs/blueprints, and development of Gantt charts.
