As a Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of C Spire's paid social acquisition programs across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms. You will be responsible for driving customer growth through disciplined media buying, creative testing, audience development, and data-driven optimization. This role combines performance marketing expertise, analytical rigor, and creative insight to maximize return on advertising investment across both B2C and B2B customer segments.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do
In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
• Own media buying strategy, budget allocation, audience targeting, bidding methodologies, and campaign performance across all paid social channels.
• Manage multi-million-dollar advertising budgets while maintaining accountability for customer acquisition, lead generation, efficiency, and return on investment.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, creative testing, budget reallocation, and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain a structured creative testing framework that improves campaign effectiveness and accelerates customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign, audience, and channel performance to identify opportunities for growth, scale, and improved efficiency.
• Partner with Creative, Analytics, UX, Web, and Marketing teams to improve campaign performance, landing page effectiveness, and customer conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to enhance attribution models, audience strategies, measurement frameworks, and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of tracking technologies, pixels, conversion APIs, and measurement tools.
• Evaluate new platform capabilities, advertising products, and emerging social channels to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for paid social acquisition, performance marketing, and social media advertising best practices.
• Maintain operational excellence through campaign QA, documentation, reporting, governance, and platform administration.
