US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Coordinate cross-Product Area (PA) marketing campaigns by partnering with xPA managers to execute growth initiatives across O&O channels, including in-product banners, CRM/email triggers, web entry points, and bundle offers.
  • Manage a monthly xPA AI Subscriptions Growth Steerco and cross-product growth forums, aligning managers across Google One, Workspace, YouTube, and Core on monthly priorities, funnels, and launch roadmaps.
  • Optimize subscription sign-ups and funnel performance: Improve paid subscriber acquisition across Google AI plans by evaluating funnel metrics, and channel performance.
  • Expand and scale O&O acquisition onramps: Audit, optimize, and launch new entry points across the Google ecosystem to increase conversion efficiency and maximize reach.
  • Execute data-driven growth experiments by partnering with product, engineering, Product Marketing Manager (PMM), and analytics teams to design, launch, and socialize experiments, such as usage limit promotions or winback campaigns.
