Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
  • Experience with digital marketing products (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads).

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Google Ads or Search Ads 360.
  • Experience with media agencies, advertising technology companies, and media buying/trading companies.
  • Experience working with third-party ad serving tools.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

About the job
As a Search Ads 360 Specialist, you will develop and renew relationships with agencies and clients. You will engage clients to map strategies and provide resources that enable them to achieve their online marketing objectives using Search Ads 360.
In this role, you will lead and execute projects and support clients who use Search Ads 360. These projects will include technical assistance on business pitches, product implementations, advisory on campaign set up, delivery and product upgrades, custom solutions, and campaign reporting. You will work on multiple projects concurrently, either separately or with multiple cross-functional teams. In addition, you will also help customers with product configuration and business process improvement, combining the understanding of Google Marketing Platform products with their needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Develop, drive, and renew agency partnerships across the organization.
  • Consult agency partners on the adoption of Search Ads 360 technology and best practices to drive search marketing success, and use client management, industry, and product knowledge to scope and understand client business needs and issues.
  • Use key levers such as automation and attribution, to drive performance against client's desired customer business outcomes.
  • Partner with Google product management, business, marketing, and customer support teams to enable client success and pursue opportunities within accounts.
  • Lead customer communications, feature prioritization, and resolve client issues, from analysis and research to coordination of resources.
