Job description

Description:

Join Fab Glass and Mirror as Our Paid Search Ads Manager!

Glass and mirrors shape how we see the world—quite literally and in ways you might not notice. At Fab Glass and Mirror, we don’t just sell glass; we redefine industries and customer expectations. With 7 consecutive years on the Inc 500 and 4 years on the Financial Times’ fastest-growing companies list, we’re scaling to even greater heights—and that’s where YOU come in.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
We’re not just another eCommerce business; think of us as the Amazon of the glass industry. At Fab Glass and Mirror, innovation drives everything we do. You’ll join a team that embraces bold ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit. If you’re ready to run with new opportunities and push boundaries, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Management and Scaling: Strategically manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You’ll take accounts with six-figure monthly ad spends and grow them into significant revenue drivers, reaching high eight- to nine-figure levels.
  • Data-Driven Strategy Development: Analyze performance metrics to craft strategies that boost ROI, improve account efficiency, and drive remarkable business growth. Conversion goal setting, attribution modeling, and adapting to PPC industry changes will be second nature to you.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and smooth handoffs from external agencies. Your ability to communicate complex strategies in clear and actionable ways will be essential.
  • Cross-Functional Contribution: Your knowledge of data feeds, and advanced analytics will be invaluable. If you’ve dabbled in other digital marketing platforms like Paid Social or Amazon ads, even better!

What You Bring to Fab Glass and Mirror:

  • Proven Track Record: At least 4-6 years of paid search management experience, with a history of scaling accounts, exceeding growth targets, and maximizing ROI.
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: You excel at digging into data and identifying growth opportunities in competitive markets. High emotional intelligence and adaptability to dynamic business needs set you apart.
  • Resourcefulness and Autonomy: A GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude and creative problem-solving skills make you thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Tech-Savvy Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel is required. Familiarity with advanced reporting, presentation tools, and data/shopping feed optimization is a plus.
  • Cultural Awareness and Communication: Whether it’s working across time zones or collaborating with diverse teams, you’re a skilled communicator who connects effortlessly.

Position Flexibility:
This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's career journey, work management capabilities, and proficiency in their craft.

For candidates seeking part-time work (4–5 hours/day), we ask for exclusive focus during work hours. Furthermore, to maintain performance standards, no more than two active clients/jobs, including this role, are permitted.

Let's explore the best fit for you.

Compensation and Benefits:
At Fab Glass and Mirror, we value growth and reward success. In addition to a competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, we offer:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) match
  • PTO that increases with your tenure with us

Career Stability:
Stability and long-term growth are cornerstones of our values. We’re looking for someone who envisions a lasting journey with us—playing a pivotal role in Fab Glass and Mirror's success over the years to come.

Location:
