Job description

Large, top-tier law firm is searching for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its prominent litigation practice group in the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a stellar team of attorneys and paralegals on prominent and complex litigation matters. Paralegal will assist with all aspects of litigation and case management. Responsibilities will include preparing and assisting with pleadings, court filings, calendaring, discovery, e-discovery, legal research, cite checking, blue book court briefs, exhibits, depositions, document review and production, hearings, depositions, trial prep, and trials and arbitrations. Strong computer and technology skills including MS Office Suite, Google Suite, iManage, Adobe Acrobat, Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, online databases, litigation support/e-discovery platforms and AI tools required. Firm seeks a candidate who can travel and work overtime as needed. Qualifications will include an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate along with at least 8 years of complex litigation experience at a large firm.
