About the job
As the Program Director you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of Google's enterprise-wide HR system transformation program. In this role, you will partner closely with the newly centralized product function and engineering leadership to define and manage the HR Engineering strategic roadmap. You will ensure all programs within Core and Corp Eng are delivered on time. You'll also manage the POps OKRs, prioritizing initiatives that drive AI-first agentification and platform modernization.
