Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, digital marketing.
  • Experience working with international markets, or managing relationships with multinational clients.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently, to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in international business, including developing and executing expansion plans.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to or advising customers in the app and mobile marketing landscape.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising, and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and deliver business success.
  • Strong systems thinking and tactical thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Work on a dynamic international team helping Google clients be successful in global markets and understand the digital advertising market.
  • Develop relationships to serve as a trusted consultant to accelerate partners' international growth objectives. Understand customers' objectives and help them achieve these by developing forward-thinking, data-driven export business recommendations.
  • Identify and execute on high-impact export opportunities within a portfolio based on existing frameworks and tools to develop export growth.
  • Drive innovation based on client needs and scale effectively.
  • Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure progress from expansion strategy to campaign execution. Facilitate export acumen and generate resource growth within Google and an assigned portfolio of partners through training, workshops, networking, acquisition events, etc.
