Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience designing for professional-grade creativity, productivity, or creator suites.
  • Experience designing systems that automate high-complexity tasks to maximize user output with minimal effort.
  • Experience in technical prototyping methods (e.g., "vibe coding," scripting) to explore and stress-test product concepts.
  • Experience in designing cross-product integrations or "bridge" experiences that leverage an existing ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Accelerate your designs with AI-first methodologies (e.g. vibe coding functional prototypes), allowing leadership and cross-functional partners to stress-test concepts and evaluate non-deterministic interactions in real-time.
  • Lead design strategy and critical projects for Vids, defining how generative video and recording journeys integrate into a cohesive tool that users adopt as a habit.
  • Translate open-ended, ambiguous problems, such as "video-native collaboration" or "narrative-driven AI generation" into tractable roadmaps for engineering and product teams.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leads to define core features, ensuring that technical capabilities (e.g. video models) are consistently productized for user-centered needs.
  • Set and maintain a high bar for design and product excellence by eliminating "UX papercuts" and driving systemic improvements to our user experience.
