Front End Software Engineer

Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the design and development of front-end components assisted by AI. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products that meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.

 Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) Hands-on experience using LLMs through APIs (e.g., Claude, Gemini)
  • Familiarity with different LLM architectures and their strengths/weaknesses
  • Understanding of prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM output
  • Background working with government technology projects and programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Front End Development:
    • Experience building modern front end web applications using modern technologies and frameworks, assisted by AI.
    • Consume RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems
    • Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Generative AI-Powered Modernization:
    • Utilize AI to assist in the design and development of front-end components of web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
