Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience in SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA degree.
  • CFA certification.
  • Experience in independently managing complex projects.
  • Project management skills.
  • Effective attention to detail.
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, quantitative and people management skills.

Acting as business area CFO's and financial consultants, the Ads and Commerce Finance Team is focused on the details while finding creative ways to solve big-picture challenges.
In this role, you will serve as the Finance Lead for the Sellside business unit's profit and loss and the Sellside EMEA business, partnering closely with the EMEA Sellside GBO Lead and her leadership team.
In this role, you will need exceptional financial leadership across planning, process optimization, risk management, financial control, opportunity identification, and analytics. You will possess a proven track record of success in leadership, effective communication, and influencing outcomes within complex business environments.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate strategically with the EMEA Sellside GBO Lead and her leadership teams to drive financial performance.
  • Lead and empower EMEA Sellside Finance and FinanceHub resources to achieve peak performance.
  • Assume ownership of the Global Sellside profit and loss and Sellside Opex management.
  • Co-own and enhance the Sellside reporting and agreement-making infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Define and monitor critical metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
